Orders, Processing & Shipping

Once your order has been handed to the carrier, The Kept Offering Co. is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, stolen packages, or delivery issues outside of our control. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery so we can review the issue.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the handmade and curated nature of our products, all sales are final unless the item arrives damaged or defective. Please contact us at hello@thekeptoffering.com within 3 days of delivery with photos so we can assist you.
Personalized or custom products cannot be returned or exchanged.
