Because many of our offerings are handmade, small-batch, personal care, or giftable goods, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges at this time.

That said, your experience matters deeply to us. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at hello@thekeptoffering.com with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue with care and do our best to make it right.

Please note that handmade items may have slight variations in color, texture, finish, or appearance. These natural differences are part of the beauty of small-batch goods and are not considered defects.

The Kept Offering Co. is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, or marked as delivered by the carrier. Once an order leaves our hands, shipping timelines and delivery are managed by the carrier.
